Northeastern Culberson County in southwestern Texas... * Until 830 PM CDT/730 PM MDT/. * At 654 PM CDT/554 PM MDT/, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 19 miles northeast of Loving to near Malaga to 24 miles west of Orla, moving northwest at 30 mph. HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. This includes US 285 and US 62/180 Locations impacted include...
