* At 654 PM CDT/554 PM MDT/, a wall of dust was along a line
extending from 19 miles northeast of Loving to near Malaga to 24
miles west of Orla, moving northwest at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess
of 50 mph.

SOURCE...Doppler radar.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
